People often want to know how I got into coaching and organizational development. Here’s one piece of my story:

"When I finished my MBA, my fascination with human behavior drew me to packaged goods marketing. After a few years as a brand manager in some leading companies, I went into consulting, specializing in helping these and smaller businesses create marketing concepts for new products. At one point, I was hit with the realization that my career consisted of enticing people to pay more for something that they didn’t really need, often couldn’t afford, and were motivated to buy out of guilt or a sense of inadequacy. I examined my values and my motivations. Now I feel fortunate to have found a more rewarding way to contribute to companies’ bottom lines: helping people become more productive through self-awareness, fulfillment and engagement at work and in life."
